Supreme Council 33° of the Ancient and Accepted Rite for England and Wales, through the District of East Kent
About the order
The Ancient and Accepted Rite, widely known as Rose Croix, is organised in 33 degrees. Private chapters work the 18th degree, in which members become Princes Rose Croix; the higher degrees are conferred by the Supreme Council.
The head of a chapter is the Most Wise Sovereign, enthroned each year. For many Freemasons the Rose Croix is among the most moving ceremonies in all of Freemasonry.
